It’s time to INVEST in YOU

Therapist, Megan Lewis, sitting on a stool, smiling warmly in a styled, inviting office setting, conveying approachability and care.

YES, you ARE worth it

For years I have worked with couples and individuals who feel like it’s “too late” to find healing or don’t know where to start with the years of disconnection. I am here to tell you that you deserve to feel respected, to have space for grief, and are allowed not to have the answers. So often we can feel consumed with uncomfortable emotions or our negative self-talk intimidates us from seeking help. It’s hard. This is your chance to dive in and give your relationships and your future self the time it deserves to meet your goals. By investing in your life, you benefit emotionally, physically, and socially. I am here to break the stigma of counseling being scary. Our time together will be rooted in compassion, honesty, and care. Let’s get to work.
